Established Pilates Classes are held at St Paul’s Church, Maybury, Woking on Monday’s at 6.30pm - 7.30pm and 7.30pm - 8.30pm and Wednesday’s 7.10pm to 8.10 pm and 8.20pm to 9.20pm. The Pilates classes are mix of all levels and pre/post-natal Mothers are welcome.
You are more than welcome to come along and watch a Pilates class and chat to me about booking, but please call me first to arrange.
