Boxercise is a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in a great fun activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without physical contact.

With one-to-one Boxercise sessions you will learn the fundamental skills of boxing whilst receiving a high intensity workout.

Bookings

Boxercise sessions are available on a one-off basis or you can take advantage of discounts when booking a block of 10 sessions. Group Boxercise sessions are available on request.

Investment

  • Single Session £45 per hour
  • Block booking of 10 sessions plus one session free £450 (saving of £45)

Some traveling expenses may be incurred depending on distance.
