Can you live without Chocolate?
Chocolate tends to be the food craved by most and it can be the downfall to a diet. Chocolate is not taboo, just follow my simple rules and you can still enjoy this little piece of heaven…
- Buy the richest, darkest variety you can find one that contains more than 70% cocoa. The higher the bean content the lower the sugar and fat content. As the cocoa is higher you will only want a couple of squares as it is more satisfying than lesser varieties.
- If you are the sort of person that just can’t eat two squares, break a couple of pieces off and put the rest out of sight or buy bars that have individually wrapped sections (or a smaller bar!).
- Everything is allowed in moderation!
