Group Pilates Classes
£66 for a six week Group Class Pilates term
You will need to attend a 1-2-1 session prior to attending a class if you have not done Pilates before. This will last an hour and will look at your own postural alignment as well as taking you through the correct technical alignment for Pilates. It will also show you how to execute 5 exercises correctly. This is at a separate one-off cost of £45.
