We have gone through the two alignment points regarding the feet, now we need to make sure that the knees are not locked out otherwise you will be putting undue stress on the joints and throw your pelvis out of alignment.

If you have been following the three points of balance alignment of the feet from my previous blog, then you should not be able to lock out your knees. Try it now, are they locked out? If so, you are putting too much weight through your toes or heels!
