Pilates is great for losing the post-baby shape…

Pilates is a fabulous way of getting back into shape after having a baby. It can be safely done after your six week check and some moves can also be done immediately post birth. It is also suitable for mums who have had a c-section and with guidance can return core strength in a short period of time.

Before starting any exercise regime you must wait until at least six weeks after the birth of your baby or longer if you had complications or a caesarean. Always check with your GP first.
