I had two Personal Training sessions a week with Jacky over a two year period and I lost 9.3% body fat and 10kg during that time.
She programmed the exercises which suited by fitness levels and modified them whenever necessary during the course. She made me keep a food diary which she checked on a weekly basis and gave me advice on how to change it to ensure my diet was healthy and nutritious, (she did allow some naughties occasionally though!!).
Her supportive personality encouraged me to push myself hard and met the limit I could not achieve on my own. I would not have achieved the weight loss without her motivation.
I highly recommend Jacky to anyone who needs that push to achieve their goals. Her knowledge in nutrition is a great asset and without my diet change my weight loss goals would have been a lot slower.
