How to loose weight
Carbohydrates are used by the body for energy. If you are trying too loose weight cut out the carbs after 6pm in the evening as most of us will sit down in front of the TV and relax thus not using any energy. Carbohydrates contain glucose which releases insulin into the body. So if you have a meal containing potatoes, rice, pasta or bread then the excess glucose that is not utilised, (and believe me if you are stagnant on the sofa it won’t be), will be stored as fat.
So rule of thumb leave out the carbs after 6pm have them during the day instead.
