If you are loosing weight and are serious about it, get rid of your “fat clothes”.  Yo-yo dieters tend to keep their larger clothes when they loose weight and buy smaller sizes as an incentive. They keep them in case they “slip” back into their old routine of overeating and know they always have the “comfy” clothes to fall back on.

If you are serious, ditch the larger clothes otherwise they will always be there to offer an excuse to go back to your original size.  Having those clothes may be a contributing factor to repeated weight gain.
