It is so important to have correct pelvic placement as this reduces the stress on our joints and muscles.  Most of the clients that come through my doors have a “sticky out bum”; as us girls like to call it; but there is also the tucked under pelvis. Neither of these positions provide optimum alignment and will cause problems somewhere else in the body.
